Job Description

As Executive Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with clients and project management

  • Managing digital products (website, ads, customer support)

  • Planning events (ex. Vanlife Iceland)

  • Office admin

  • Content management

  • Assisting on shoots

Who you are?

You live in or close to Reykjavik, preferably with a good knowledge of Iceland. You are eager to take on new tasks no matter what they are. What’s important to you is to grow the business and you are up for any challenge. You are driven problem solver who takes initiatives and get things done.

One day you may live in a van out on a shoot, the next you’re in the office building a website and responding to customer emails. You have a genuine interest in social media and must have good communication skills.
